Website use

The website code does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, account registration, payments, or an online inquiry database. It does not intentionally write cookies or use local storage. Your browser may offer its own autofill or restore features.

Project briefs

Details entered in the helper are used in the current page to prepare a brief. The website does not submit those fields to a server. Copying puts the brief on your clipboard; downloading saves a file on your device. Clearing the helper does not delete existing downloads, copied text, or email drafts.

Email inquiries

When a verified email address is enabled, opening an email draft passes the selected information to your email application. You decide whether to send it. Your email provider processes the message under its own terms; W.A.V. receives the inquiry only when delivery succeeds. An inquiry is not a booking confirmation. Do not include sensitive or confidential information.

Hosting and external links

The intended host is Cloudflare. When this site is hosted, technical request information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and device or browser details may be processed to deliver and protect it. No third-party video players are embedded in this release. Following any approved external portfolio link takes you to that provider, whose privacy practices then apply.

Email handling and privacy contact

Messages sent to our published address are forwarded by Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail inbox. Email handling is separate from the local brief helper. To ask about information you have shared, including retention or deletion, contact shakeel@wavmultimedia.com.
